You can find the Collection page by navigating to the Collection tab in the Navigation Bar.

In Flare, Collection refers to our Data Gathering efforts. The Collection page displays our currently monitored sources, by categories, as well as the number of new daily events we have collected. Additionally, every month our Collection team publishes an update on newly added and removed sources. The list of sources can be filtered by their Status: Online, Partial, Disabled, Offline and Defunct. By default, Defunct sources are hidden from the list.
