The Integrations page provides a single place to view what’s connected, view the status, and trace activity through audit logs. It helps you answer:

- What Entra ID or Okta integrations are configured?
- What Alert Channels are available?
- Are they working correctly?
- What changes were made, and by whom?

You can navigate to the Integrations Hub by accessing the **Settings **menu in the top-right corner, and then clicking **Integrations**. This page lists all configured Identity Services and Alert Channels with their status, giving you quick visibility into your connected systems.

# Adding an Identity Provider Integration

# Adding an Alert Channel

Follow these steps to create an Alert Channel which can be used when configuring [Alerts for your Events](docId\:eQFoSNLszdT49_kdW6Xts):

Navigate to the **Settings** menu in the top-right corner, and then click **Integrations**.

Click **Configure** and then **Channel**.

Enter the following information to complete the Channel configuration:

- **Channel Name: **Provide a unique and descriptive name for your channel. 
- **Type: **Select one of these Channels, and follow the instructions for your desired Channel type:

- **Channel Connection Testing : **Click on **Test Channel **to confirm that alerts can be successfully received. This will display various statuses, allowing you to check whether the connection is functioning properly.

Always test your integration before saving to ensure it is properly configured and active.

## Channel Status

Channel Status provides real-time visibility into the connection health of configured alerting channels. This feature helps you diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during setup or operation.

There are three possible states for a channel:

- **✅ Active**
  The channel has been successfully tested and is operational. Alerts will be delivered without issues.
- **⚠️ Not Tested**
  The channel has been configured but has not been tested yet. Functionality is not guaranteed until a test is performed.
- **🚨 Channel Inactive**
  A test was attempted, but the channel could not establish a connection. This may indicate connectivity issues.
