Pre-Sales Tenants
To support prospecting, pre-sales workflow, and customer enablement, Tenant Model Organizations can now create Pre-sales Tenants—temporary environments used to showcase the Flare platform to prospective clients.
What Are Pre-Sales Tenants?
Pre-sales Tenants are short-term, fully functional tenants that Tenant Model organizations can create to demonstrate Flare’s capabilities to prospects or customers.
These environments are ideal for:
- Sales demonstrations
- Prospecting activities
- Training and onboarding walkthroughs
Only Organization Administrators within a Service Firm account can create Pre-Sales Tenants.
How Long Do Pre-Sales Tenants Last?
Pre-Sales Tenants are intentionally short-lived. They remain active for 30 days, after which:
- The tenant will automatically expire.

How to Create a Pre-Sales Tenant
Only Organization Administrators can create Demo Tenants.
To create one:
- Navigate to the Tenants page.
- Click Create Demo Tenant.
- Complete the form with the required details.
- Select the users you want to assign to this demo tenant.
- Submit the creation form.
The Demo Tenant will appear in your list of tenants with an indicator showing its demo status and expiration date.
Can a Demo Tenant Be Converted to a Paid Tenant?
Yes. You will have the options to convert a Demo tenant to a paid tenant by either:
- Registering a deal directly within your Flare Partner Portal
- Contacting your distributor
