Identifiers
The main way to use Flare is by creating Identifiers to gather data.
Identifiers are used to easily monitor activities matching certain criteria, with the possibility of receiving email alerts. Flare will also leverage the Identifiers you create to run dork queries on Google, Github, and other sources to find additional results.
There are different Identifier types that you can use to monitor activities related to different resources, like Domains, Names, Keywords, IP Addresses, BIN numbers, and Queries. Find more information below.
To create an Identifier, head to the Identifiers Page, or select Identifiers from the Navigation Bar, then click the Create Identifier button.
To create an Identifier group, on the Identifiers Page click on ‘Create Group’ button -> give it a name -> add it to an existing group if necessary -> create an Alert (You can configure alerts for individual identifiers.) and click -> ‘Create Group’ when you’re done.
The Bulk Imports page allows you to add multiple Identifiers at once to your Tenant. Instead of entering in each Identifier individually, you can upload a CSV file containing all the Identifiers you want to add. This can save you time when you have a large number of Identifiers to add to your project. Upload your identifiers using the template available on the bulk Imports Page.
After you create your Identifiers or Groups of Identifiers, there are several actions you can take such as:
For Identifiers:
- Add to Group
- Edit
- Export YAML
- Export Identifier
- Disable
- Delete
For Identifiers Groups:
- Add to Group
- Export Identifiers
- Delete this Group
