You can send your Flare Alerts directly to Microsoft Teams. Here's how to configure Flare and receive data in your Teams Workspace.
Prerequisites
- Microsoft Teams account
- Flare account
- Admin access to both Teams and Flare
Updated Teams Configuration
Microsoft is changing the way webhooks can be setup within Teams. Changes will go in affect April 30, 2026. These steps summarize creating a new webhook from this documentation. It is recommended to implement it with the following workflow:
- Within Teams, select more options and press Workflows
- Select Send webhook alerts to a channel
- From here authenticate with your account or authenticate a different account for the webhook to use
- Rename the workflow as desired
- Select the teams channel(s) you want the webhook to send to
- Select add workflow and a URL will be returned
- Edit the workflow to add a scope block under the inital workflow
- Set the scope block to run and send an error message to the channel if the initial webhook workflow fails
- This will send a notification when a failure occurs in the webhook
- In Flare, under Integrations, select Configure -> Channel
- Select teams and enter the webhook from step 6
